  • Where can I pick up my purchase?

    We are based in central Ohio. We will connect to arrange a time for you to pick up your item where it is stored at no charge.

  • Can an item be shipped at reasonable cost?

    Due to or central location, items can generally be shipped to the eastern half of the U.S. for less than you’d expect - though the tradeoff is it can take a few weeks. We’re happy to provide shipping referrals. Just contact us with your zip code.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    We don’t have a physical showroom or maintain a staff with regular business hours. That helps us offer fine furniture from elite manufacturers at a price that makes sense. When you contact us, we’ll get back with you just as fast as we can.

  • What is your return policy?

    We make every effort to be as transparent as possible with our items. We take several photos and recommend you view our listings with a full-sized monitor. Returns are on an exception basis only with return shipping paid by the buyer.

  • Terms and conditions

    All of our items are pre-owned, vintage or antique. There WILL BE FLAWS. That’s part of what makes owning them so cool. View images carefully. Also, we do our best not to make mistakes on our site in regards to descriptions or pricing, but please note that our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, photography, promotion and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
